Class 1 Driver
Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire
Salary: Circa £24k

A local, family run business is now looking for a CLASS 1 Driver to join their team.

Class 1 Driver - Job role:

• Loading stock in a safe and secure manner using a Forklift Truck
• Travel across the UK (with occasional overnight stays) delivering the stock
• Assist with the unloading of the stock using a MOFFETT (Vehicle Mounted Lift Truck)
• Sometimes you will be required to move the stock for a client into a secure building
• You will be required to drive a Rigid and Articulated Truck, FLT, Counterbalance and MOFFETT vehicles
• You will need to take exceptional care whilst loading, delivering and unloading the stock as it is very fragile

Class 1 Driver - job requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a class 1 driver. You will also have the following skills, qualifications and experience:

• Driving license for Class 1 and Class 2
• FLT License, ideally counterbalance and MOFFETT
• Be a careful, considerate and diligent driver
