Would you like to work with a local and prestigious engineering company? My client is a specialised precision machining company who make parts for the medical devices, Aerospace & Automotive industries. They are now looking for a CNC Turner Setter Operator to join their team.

CNC Turner - Setter & Operator

• You will set, operate and ideally program CNC Turning Machines
• The successful candidate will work as part of a team of skilled engineers setting and operating CNC Lathes, Mazak, Mori Seiki Doosan, Large Capacity Turning and gantry loading.
• The company also use Hurco, Fanuc and Mazatrol Control Systems.
• Producing high tolerance components in small to medium batches.
• You will also be responsible for process improvement to reduce cycle times where possible.

CNC Turner - Setter & Operator
The ideal candidate must come from a precision machining background as CNC Turner. You will also have the following skills, qualifications and experience.

• Ideally hold an engineering qualification such as apprenticeship, HNC or HND (Not essential)
• Experience in Setting CNC Turning Machines and operating them
• Ideally programming experience in Fanuc, Mazatrol and Hurco control systems
