Continuous Improvement Manager

Location: Warrington Area

Salary: Circa £50k plus £6900 Car allowance & 20% Bonus

Flexible working, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home

A large logistics company are now looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team.

Continuous Improvement Manager – Overview

This is a relatively new team and your role will be to manage 3 other Continuous Improvement Engineers.

The role will look into the efficiencies of the logistics function and how you can reduce cost and improve the performance, such as logistics routing and left on board stock.

Continuous Improvement Manager - job requirements:

The ideal candidate must come from the logistics & Distribution industry as a Continuous Improvement Manager. You will also have the following skills, qualifications and experience:

• Ideally hold an engineering qualification
• Implemented lean and continuous improvement across multiple sites
• Ideally have a background in lean engineering within a logistics environment
• Ideally have a SixSigma Greenbelt or higher
