Contracts Manager
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Salary: up to £47k

I am recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join a Commercial Landscaping subcontractor, based in Leighton Buzzard. The successful person will have in depth contractual knowledge from either a hard or soft landscaping background.

Contracts Manager - Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Responsible for both hard and soft landscaping projects
• Working with the buyer to help source materials within required time frames and budget
• Manage subcontractors and ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards to timescale
• Champion site safety inline with SHEQ and make sure quality standards are adhered too

Contracts Manager - Job Requirements:

• Good knowledge of both JCT and NEC contracts
• Previous history of working as a Contracts Manager within the Construction Industry or Landscaping Industry
