Demand Planner
Location: Walsall
Salary: c£25k

I am currently recruiting for a Demand Planner to join an Electronics Manufacturer, based in Walsall. You will be responsible for receiving and planning all customer orders anddeveloping a Production timeline by detailing all tasks to meet customer requests.

Demand Planner - Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Processing customer orders and sending confirmation notes
• Providing a high level of customer service by communicating by email, phone and face to face
• Using the Navision system accurately and to a high level
• Coordinating Production workflows
• Planning and prioritising operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Calculating manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
• Scheduling shift patterns
• Have regular meetings with senior internal stakeholders regarding production demand

Demand Planner - Job Requirements:

• You will have worked in Manufacturing before, and understand various Manufacturing processes
• Experience working in a Planning role before is vital, previous use of NAV is desired
• Lead time focused to successfully meet deadlines and targets
• Ability to work extended hours or unsociable hours if required
• Dealing with various internal and external stakeholders, hence great commination skills is a must for this position.
