My client a leading company within the construction industry who design and manufacture permanent buildings is looking for a experienced Design Manager to oversee the wealth of new projects they have acquired. The company are well established have been trading successfully for multiple years.The sort of construction work the company operates within is commercial and big scale. .

Ideally the Design Manager will:-

- Be proficient in Revit/AutoCAD

- Have held a similar position before

- Have strong knowledge of Construction/Manufacturing Industry

- Have the ability to manage others

Responsibilities& DutiesInclude:

• Provide primary design oversight across multiple projects, including co-ordination with Construction and Project Management Team/Managers..
• Liaise with the Commercial and Construction departments regarding the selection of sub contractors
• Manage allocated resources
• Line management responsibilities for Project Design Engineers and CAD Technicians as agreed with the Head of Technical.
• Contribute to the development of new product standards.
