A leading engineering company are recruiting for an Electronics Engineer to join their Specialist Design team.

Electronic Engineer, the job:

Our client is looking for either an Electronics Engineer or a Senior Electronics Engineer to join the team, working closely with the Mechanical Design, Software, Controls, and Project Engineers. You will be required to carry out detailed designs or system work in a load of different sectors.

Electronic Engineer, what we require:

We require an Electronics/Senior Electronics Engineer to have experience in designing electronic circuits with capabilities that can be proven in a simulation, and with layout and validation. A candidate could need to have previous project management capabilities with experience in managing requirements and specifications. This includes design and development. We would also require a degree in an Electronics based discipline.

A perfect candidate would have experience in designing Digital and Analogue Electronics hardware, including PCB layouts. This includes experience with the testing of the electronic hardware designs, and knowledge of the simulation tools to accelerate development.

Ideally, a candidate would have previous experience in customer contact and suppliers, experience in the automotive and aerospace industry, embedded software knowledge and experience, with a sound theoretical and practical approach to fault diagnosis and failure mode avoidance, among other things.
