to join their team.

Engineering Team Leader – Overview

The job is a Days based role, working within an already established engineering department.

Engineering Team Leader – Responsibility

• Manage small engineering team workload.
• Assist with any maintenance duties team is undertaking.
• Work to improve process and downtime within plant.
• Deliver on Site and Engineering / Maintenance strategy and improvements.
• Continuously explore ways to improve. Cost effective, value add Engineering performance to achieve excellence in operational efficiency and effectiveness

Engineering Team Leader - job requirements:

The ideal candidate must come from the manufacturing industry as a Engineering Team Leader. You will also have the following skills, qualifications and experience:

• Time served or hold relevant engineering qualifications.
• Great managerial skills
• Leadership qualities
• Fabrication skills
• Good working knowledge of Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Understanding of CAD drawings
