Estimator/Surveyor
Location: Stevenage
Salary: up to £45k

I am currently recruiting for an Estimator/Surveyor, based in Stevenage. My client offers warehouse storage solutions and commercial office interior fit outs.

Estimator/Surveyor - Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Support the Lead Gen team and Project Sales team maintaining my client's network of surveyors and consultants
• Respond to enquires and tenders from these sources
• Complete tenders and site visits and surveys, liaising with contractors to obtain prices for inclusion and using internal pricing tools to price standard works
• You will work closely with the Project Sales Team, Design and Proposal Teams to price proposals developed and specified on a design and build basis
• Support the development team

Estimator/Surveyor - Job Requirements:

• You will ideally have 3+ years industry experience (commercial interiors fit out/refurbishment company)
• You will have a good understanding of tender documents
• An understanding of JCT contracts and design and build processes
• The ability to understand CAD drawings and plans
• A surveying background would be advantageous
