Health and Safety Advisor

Location: Wednesbury, West Midlands

Salary: Circa £30k - £35k

A local construction company who specialises in the high-rise industry are now looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to join their team.

Health and Safety Advisor – Responsibility

To assist the Health and Safety Director to implement ISO Systems. Travel to the construction sites delivering site audits, scaffold inspections, working at heights training, toolbox talks etc.

The company are looking for someone hands on with construction experience, they will provide training of the access / scaffolding equipment.

Health and Safety Advisor - job requirements:

The ideal candidate must come from the manufacturing industry as a Health and Safety Advisor. You will also have the following skills, qualifications and experience:

• Hold a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent in occupational Health and Safety.
• Experience with ISO Systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 OR ISO 45001.
• Come from the construction industry.
• Ok with working at heights.
• Ideally have scaffold inspection experience or willing to learn.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
