Health and Safety Advisor

Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire

Salary: Circa £25k

A local manufacturing company who are family run for the last 35years are now looking for a Hands on Health and Safety Advisor to join their team.

This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to move into a full-time health and safety position or someone who has recently graduated.

Health and Safety Advisor – Overview

To work with the companies external Health and Safety consultancy to re-write and update the company’s risk assessments.

Manage and update the companies fire risk management procedures.

Ensure the correct PPE is being worn

Undertake accident and investigations.

Undertake HSE inductions

Health and Safety Advisor - job requirements:

The ideal candidate must come from the manufacturing industry as a Health and Safety Advisor. You will also have the following skills, qualifications and experience:

• Hold a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent in occupational Health and Safety
