Health and Safety Systems & training Co-ordinator

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire

Salary: Circa £30k - £35k

A large waste recycling company are now looking for a Health and Safety Systems & training Co-ordinator to join their team.

Health and Safety Systems & training Co-ordinator – Job role:

  • Review, maintain and update the companies IS0 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Management Systems
  • Create and maintain the companies’ training records, making sure the companies employees training are kept up to date. Advise and plan when employees training is due. Highly competent of creating, approving and updatingRAMS, and following through with managers ensuring full understanding.
  • Proactively monitor/?research and feedback any changes to Health and Safety Legislation relevant to our industry.
  • Willing to visit site to conduct audits follow through NCRs toend.
  • Maintain accurate updating of all Health and Safety records, files and databases.
  • Organise, attend to lead any training which is relevant to Health and Safety.
  • Arrange third party H&S Audits and manage actions

Health and Safety Systems & training Co-ordinator - Person Specification

  • Strong computer skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and picking up internal databases and systems.
  • Experience withISO9001:2015,ISO14001:2015,ISO45001–Ideally internal auditor and conducting monthly internal audits and hosting annual external audit.
  • Be self-motivated and happy to work independently.
  • Analytical, proactive and organised.
  • Confident and comfortable presenting to groups of managers.
  • Calm and profession approach towork.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of Waste Management/?Recycling/?Construction Industry is an advantage.
  • SharePoint experience is an advantage.
