Salary: Circa £35k - £45k

A local metal fabrication company are now looking for a Health, Safety & HR Manager to join their team.

Health, Safety & HR Manager – Overview

This is a brand-new role for a growing manufacturing company. The company has doubled their turnover in the last year and whilst the workload has increased so has their need for a hands-on health and safety manager on site.

• Review and update the company’s health and policies and procedures
• Undertake accident and investigations.
• Ensure the correct PPE is being worn
• Promote a positive health and safety culture on site
• Undertake HSE Training and Inductions
• Manager the day to day HR Requirements such as Absences, holiday requests and disciplinaries

Health, Safety & HR Manager – Overview

The ideal candidate must come from the manufacturing industry as a Health and Safety Manager. You will also have the following skills, qualifications and experience:

• Hold a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in occupational Health and Safety
• Member of IOSH and working towards CMIOSH
• Have a hands on approach to Health and Safety
• Have basic HR experience such as Absences, holiday requests and disciplinaries
