HR Manager

Location: Oldham

Salary: £24k-£28k

A local manufacturer is looking for a HR Manager to join their team. They will be responsible for all HR and admin duties.

HR Manager – Job Role:

• Ability to be able to interview possible candidates
• Liaise with different department managers/supervisors around absenteeism and employees return to work
• Manage contact and relationship with multiple recruitment agencies.
• Manage internal scorecard system which determines bonus pay for employees.
• Be fully up to speed on legal legislations surrounding employee rights, correct method of discipline etc.
• Manage return to work interviews.

HR Manager – Person Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise
• Good attention to detail.
• Manufacturing background (Preferable)
