I am recruiting for an Information Systems Controller to join an Industry leading Manufacturer, based in Mansfield. The successful person will be responsible for managing the company's IT provisions, including infrastructure, hardware and standard software.

Information Systems Controller - Job Responsibilities/Tasks

• Work with your IS support contractor ensure servers, hardware, software and infrastructure is maintained and suitable for business use
• Ensure security of onsite data and systems and relevant backup systems

• Manage the company's ERP and support the business to ensure it is used correctly and to take full advantage of such systems
• Support the business to maintain data accuracy and reliability
• Provide high quality and timely information and reports to various stakeholders to support decision making and performance monitoring
• Help to implement long term IT strategy

Information Systems Controller - Technical Skills & Qualifications Required

• Excellent MS Office 365 skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Access including Macros
• Use of Power BI and an understanding of the latest developments in Business Information Systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of Windows SBS Server and relevant management tools
• Visual Basic and Crystal Report writing skills
• Understanding of RDBMS and strong SQL skills
• Previous experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company essential
• Experience of providing IT support to others
• Experience of Lean management an advantage
• Experience with ERP systems and management of them is essential
• Experience of supporting a business with CAD CAM software is an advantage
