Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 plus excellent benefits

A local precision machining company are now looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join their team.

Manufacturing Manager - Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
To manage a team of production supervisors in a busy CNC Machine shop. Your role will be to ensure all production targets are achieved, everyone is full trained and kpi's are being maintained.

Manufacturing Manager - job requirements:
The ideal candidate must come from the manufacturing industry as a Manufacturing Manager. You will also have the following skills, qualifications and experience:
Ideally hold a degree or management qualification
Experience with continuous improvement techniques.
Worked within a precision machining environment
Managed large production teams
