Maintenance Engineer

Location: Leeds

Salary: £35-37k

Shift Pattern: 12 hour Panama Shift Pattern (6am-6pm/6pm-6am)

Maintenance Engineer– Overview

• Maintenance of equipment (hydraulics, robots, ancillary machines automatic assembly)
• React to breakdowns promptly
• Undertake fault-finding and effective diagnosis of the fault
• Validate new plant, equipment, automation, and upgrades.
• Maintain a high standard of record keeping for all repairs and servicing of plant and/or equipment as required for audit, traceability, and warranty purposes, in accordance with the Quality Management System.
• Use the necessary or required internal and/or external software to facilitate this role including Q-Pulse and Microsoft.
• Ensure compliance with QSHE standards

Maintenance Engineer— Job Requirements:

Ideally candidate will come from the engineering industry as a Maintenance Engineer. You will also have the following skills, qualifications and experience:

• Previous experience with injection moulding, ideally with multi cavity moulds
• C&G/HNC/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Demonstrate ability to make decisions based on data.
