Production Manager
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £30k - £35k

A local manufacturing company are looking for a Production Manager to join their team. The company manufacture bespoke and high-end products from initial design to manufacture and shipping the end products.

Production Manager - Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
Reporting direct to the company MD, the role will be to manage a small production team within the precision machining team working on CNC Milling and Turning Machines.
You will ensure production targets are met, all operators are fully trained, and you will also be seconded to the MD when they are away on business.

Production Manager - job requirements:
The ideal candidate must come from the manufacturing industry as a Production Manager. You will also have the following skills, qualifications and experience:

• A Degree in an Engineering related field (Not essential)
• Good knowledge of CNC Milling and Turning Machinery
• A quality focused approach with a clear understanding of quality control and standards required for specialist, bespoke and high-end manufacturing
