Production Planner

Location: Epping, Essex

Salary: Circa £30k - £35k depending upon skills and experience

A local pharmaceutical manufacturing company are now looking for a Production Planner to join their team.

Production Planner - Job Role & Responsibilities:

The company has two main manufacturing suppliers, the role will be to ensure communication between the sites runs more smoothly, ensure stock is received on time and that you don’t run out, manage KPI’s for the suppliers, ordering components, checking artwork changes and raising purchase orders etc.

This is more of a corporate position based in an office to manage the performance of the company’s suppliers.

Production Planner – Person Requirements:

Th ideal candidate must come from a Manufacturing background as a Production Planner. You will also have the following skills, qualifications, and experience:

• Experience with MRP or SAP systems
• Able to take control of suppliers and setting KPI’s
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong IT skills
• Looking to move from a Production environment into an office / corporate environment
