Project Director
Location: Stevenage
Salary: up to £60k salary (OTE £100k)

I am currently recruiting for a Project Sales Director, based in Stevenage. My client offers warehouse storage solutions and commercial office interior fit outs.

Project Director - Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and attaining profit margins on individual sales.

• Create business opportunities to sell a wide range of solutions and projects whilst maintain reputation
• Develop client project briefs for design and fit outs for various sized projects
• Proactively generate and capture leads, arrange appointments alongside the lead generation team, developing and maintaining a network of associated companies Obtain specified works opportunities via Surveyors, Architects, Consultants and Main Contractors contacts
• Work closely with the Design and Proposals team in preparing plans and presentation proposals
• Conduct detailed measured surveys when required, and complete all necessary paperwork, whilst adhering to H&S guidelines
• Find and win orders for projects between the value of £50k rising to £2M dependent on experience

Project Director - Job Requirements:

• You will ideally have 3+ years industry commercial sales experience (commercial interiors fit out/refurbishment company)
• Have strong commercial awareness and be an effective negotiator
• Proficient on Microsoft Office and Excel
• Experience in maintaining a CRM database
