Our client provides high quality and cost effective hose and tube assemblies for a broad range of markets.

• Ensure instruments being used are in good working order and within calibration date
• Communicate any specification deviations on purchased items to purchasing department
• Ensure all shifts are aware of and care points and issues raised
• Participate in continuous improvement activities as directed by Quality and/or Technical teams
• Issue gauges and measuring equipment to enable production to check/verify the critical features of a component during the production run including update of calibration system
• Allocation of batch numbers to lot traceable material
• Review and approve of Certificates of Conformity
• Ensure defective material is clearly identified and securely bonded
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping within inspection area
• Undertake all activities in a manner that supports the business objectives and maintains compliance with ISO9001 & IATF16949 requirements
