Senior Buyer
Location: Doncaster
Salary: c£38k

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Buyer to join a well-known Manufacturer based in Doncaster. The successful person will manage and develop a current supplier base within a designated category.

Senior Buyer - Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Review and develop a supplier development plan for your chosen category
• Work with the Procurement Team on other Procurement Projects
• Identify and implement cost savings, including providing analysis to the senior managers
• Work to identify potential suppliers

Senior Buyer - Job Requirements:

• Must have previous experience in Purchasing within a Engineering or Manufacturing environment
• Degree or CIPS desirable
• Experience of using either SAP or NAV desired
• Experience in delivering continuous improvements
