Technical Sales Engineer

Location: Cheltenham

Salary: Circa £35k - £40k plus commission

A local engineering company who manufactures bespoke products are now looking for a qualified engineer who would like to get into a Technical Sales Engineer position.

Technical Sales Engineer – Overview

The role will involve a 6-month training on the company’s products and customers, once you are fully trained you will undertake new business development, account management of existing customers and also chase up customer enquiries.

You will travel to customer sites both in the UK and Internationally, getting an understanding of the customer requirements then putting together a quote in-line with the customers expectations.

Health and Safety Advisor - job requirements:

The ideal candidate must come from the manufacturing industry as a Technical Sales Engineer. You will also have the following skills, qualifications, and experience:

Hold a BEng in Engineering

Have a strong understanding of engineering within a manufacturing environment.

Ideally have sales experience of an outgoing / confident personality

Hold a full UK driving license

Willing to travel both in the UK and Internationally.
