Trainee Recruiter

Location: Manchester

Salary: Base Salary is £18k - £24k plus OTE £60k in the first year

We are a specialist technical and engineering recruitment consultancy based in Sale, Manchester. We are now coming up to our tenth year of trading and looking for numerous people to join our team as trainee recruiters.

Trainee Recruiter – Overview

We are looking for intelligent and confident people who have an interest in engineering to join our recruitment consultancy based in Sale, Manchester.

You will learn the art of recruitment from some of the industry’s best recruiters and on-going training and development from an external recruitment training school.

You will be taught negotiation skills, sales, and marketing

Trainee Recruiter - job requirements:

will also have the following skills, qualifications and experience:

• Ideally hold a degree or be a degree calibre candidate
• Ideally have sales experience
• Be Self-motivated and highly organised person
• Have strong IT / Microsoft skills
