Trainee Recruiter – Overview

We are looking for intelligent and confident people who have an interest in Software & IT systems to join our recruitment consultancy based in Sale, Manchester.

You will learn the art of recruitment from some of the industry’s best recruiters

You will be taught negotiation skills, sales, and marketing

You will be expected to go and visit clients on a regular basis to maintain and build on relationships

• Ideally hold a degree or strong Software Development Knowledge
• Ideally have sales experience
• Be Self-motivated and highly organised person
