Account Manager

Location: Exeter

Salary: £25k-£35k

My client is well established in the renewables industry and is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. The main purpose of the role will be to build, establish & maintain strong working relationships.

Account Manager - Job Role:

• To identify suitable ground source heat pump projects
• Identifying potential customers & present the advantages
• Engaging in initial conversations with clients, architects and installers
• Responsible for growing the clients network of approved installers
• To prepare and submit quotations for clients
• To maintain CRM system
• Support the sales manager and the departments needs as required

Account Manager – Person Requirements:

• At least 3 years in a similar sales or account management role
• Approachable, adaptable and passionate about the renewable industry
• Understand traditional sales disciplines and customer care
• Highly skilled IT skills, particularly Excel & Word
• Familiar with CRM systems and adept at maintaining customer and project information
• You will understand how to develop new customers and create strong business relationships
• You are able to identify process inefficiencies and opportunities
• Good communication skills are vital, including presentations to various audiences
• Good understanding of HVAC & renewable industry and the routes to market
