Commercial Manager
Location: Beeston
Salary: c£50k

I am currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join a Manufacturer, based in Beeston. The successful person will be able to give solid examples of how they have conducted in depth process reviews before carrying out strategic change. You will be also very experienced navigating sales software, and be able to optimise the use of this to improve business functions.

Commercial Manager - Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Lead and develop business culture to achieve business goals
• Asses the need for strategic change and have experience of carrying out process review and assessing any risk that maybe associated with potential change.
• Handle any contract issues that arise
• Work closely with other internal teams in the business
• Monitor the performance of the internal sales teams, using key performance indicators and various software reports
• Assisting in setting financial targets and working and developing budgets
• Lead and inspire a high performing sales culture within the business

Commercial Manager - Job Requirements:

• You will have proven experienced in a commercially focused role, within a Manufacturing environment
• Strong customer focus
• Proven experience in leading change and analysing potential risks using process review
• Proficient on Microsoft Software and CRM's
• You will have experience of monitoring performance reporting
• Have a commercial awareness with a strategic 'mindset'
• MSc/MA in Business, Finance or a relevant field is desirable
