A civil engineering company who specialises in working on road networks for Highways England are now looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team.

Continuous Improvement Manager - Aim of the positon

Continuous Improvement Manager - Job Role:
Your job will be to implement lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Visual Management, Work Standardisation, Just in Time Production, Single Piece Flow, lmprovement Events, Mistake Proofing, Root Cause Analysis, Total Quality Management, Total Productive, Maintenance, Statistical Process Control, Lean Six Sigma etc
You will write company policies, procedure and processes for the Lean Initiatives.
You will also ensure the lean processes are embedded into the company's quality management systems.

Continuous Improvement Manager - Person Requirements:
The ideal candidate will come from a Construction background as a Continuous Improvement Manager. You will also have the following skills, qualifications and experience:

• Ideally hold a LEAN SixSigma qualification such as Blackbelt OR minimum Greenbelt
• Experienced in implementing lean tools such as VSM, 5S,One Piece Flow, Root Cause Analysis, JIT, TQM Etc.
• You will also have a strong understanding of ISO 9001.
