Project Manager – Birmingham - £40,000 £45,000 & Quarterly & Annual Bonus & Car / Van

My client are a specialist flooring sub-contractor that deliver projects on a Nationwide basis for key clients such as BMW, Aston Villa, Amazon and Bentley amongst others. They require an experienced Project Manager to control circa 5 jobs on average simultaneously throughout the West Midlands and surrounding areas.

They are open to the background of the candidate (i.e. full fit out or sub contract background) but are ideally looking for an experienced Project Manager from a floor laying background. They work across a variety of sectors including commercial, industrial, retail and student accommodation. They work with a variety of materials including vinyl, screed, terrazzo, vinyl sheet, carpet and others.

You will be client facing and organise your own diary to suit, you have the option of working from home, site or the offices in city centre Birmingham. You will have excellent knowledge of the construction, fit out and FF&E industry. You will have delivered projects ranging in value from £10,000 - £2,000,000 and be able to travel throughout the West Midlands and surrounding areas.

Essential:

• 5 years’ experience of managing multiple sites simultaneously at Project Management level
• Ability to control projects from £10k - £2M job values
• Ability to travel throughout the West Midlands and surrounding areas
• Experience of delivering offices, student accommodation & industrial units
• Experience of working with carpet, vinyl, tile and sheet.

Salary:

• £40,000 - £45,000
• Quarterly Bonus Scheme
• Annual bonus scheme
