Head of Landscaping
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Salary: up to £60k

I am recruiting for a Head of Landscaping to join a Landscaping Contractor based in Leighton Buzzard. The successful person will be Senior Management level from an Operational background.

Head of Landscaping - Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Head up the day to day Operations of the business
• Co-ordinating the whole construction process and work closely with the client, and employers' representatives
• Supervising and leading all staff and contracted personnel
• Attending pre-planning, pretender and pre-start meetings to ensure all necessary construction issues are addressed prior to commencement on site
• Focus on the Health & Safety of all Project stakeholders

Head of Landscaping - Job Requirements:

• A proven record of accomplishment in a senior Landscaping management position
• Managed hard/soft landscaping projects in the past
• Good contract knowledge (JCT & NEC)
• Proven ability of leading a team and motivating and coaching for improvement
