A local manufacturer is looking for a HR Manager to join their team. They will be responsible for all HR and admin duties.
HR Manager – Job Role:
- Ability to be able to interview possible candidates
- Liaise with different department managers/supervisors around absenteeism and employees return to work
- Manage contact and relationship with multiple recruitment agencies.
- Manage internal scorecard system which determines bonus pay for employees.
- Be fully up to speed on legal legislations surrounding employee rights, correct method of discipline etc.
- Manage return to work interviews.
HR Manager – Person Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise
- Good attention to detail.
- Manufacturing background (Preferable)
