Operations Manager required for a very reputable Landscape Construction company based in Buckinghamshire thathas been carrying out large commercial and private estate projects withhighquality materials for decades, providing excellentlandscape design and construction services.

Operations Manager- THE ROLE

• Manages the growth and success of the team
• Overseeing the design and drawings
• Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements
• Responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations
• Communicates with all relevant Sub Contractor and Managementto ensure delivery times are met
• Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis
• Manages the stock control, and checks that inventory records are accurate
• Creates a detailed schedule based ondeadlines
• Purchases materials and services required for site
• Organises, plans, and implements inventory activity
• Make sure Health & Safety carried out to high standard
• Provides guidance to workers on site

Operations Manager - SKILLS

The ideal candidate MUST come from the construction industry as an Operations Manager. You will also have the following skills, qualifications and experience:

• Hold the relevanttickets and cards for on site in a construction environment
• Contract Knowledge
• Commercial awareness
• Experiencewith HR personnel
• Experience with runninglarge projects upto£10m
• Experience managing sub contractors
• A trade (desirable but not essential)
