MRO Centre Manager - Responsibilities would include:

• Manage day to day running of MROC Dept. including Team Leader, engineers, van driver and support staff

• Administer receipt and despatch of goods
• Administer purchase of materials required both for MROC stock and customer owned stock
• Manage customer owned stock stored on site.
• Arrange calibration of customer owned test equipment.
• Provide the business with monthly financial and KPI data
• Provide monthly invoice reports and KPI’s to customers
• Liaise with customer contacts on technical and business matters, managing customer requirements
• Liaise with Incap Business Development on any new customer contacts to understand their needs and where necessary provide proposals and quotations in order to win new business.
• Plan deliveries with company vehicle for all areas of the business as required.
• Plan delivery vehicle running including fuel costs, service and repairs

MRO Centre Manager– Person Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer-facing role with a demonstrated history of excellent interpersonal skills.
• Use of Visual an advantage but training can be given
• Highly computer-literate with a strong skillset in Microsoft Excel including the use of basic formulas and ability to extract and analyse data within spreadsheets.
• Ability to plan, organise and manage projects within a pressurised environment.
• Previous experience within the manufacturing/electronics industry is desirable but not essential.
