Operations Manager
Location: Leatherhead
Salary: c£36k

I am currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join a well-established farm park, based in Leatherhead. You will be responsible for the daily operations and overall visitor experience.

Operations Manager - Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Maintain a safe environment whilst delivering great customer service
• Managing the daily operations and monitoring the KPI function
• Motivate, Coach and Develop the team ensuring high productivity
• Take responsibility for HR, Recruitment and other day to day staff issues
• Make sure all staff are trained on emergency procedures and crisis management
• Taking charge of the cleaning and maintenance of the park ensuring these are prioritised
• Reporting to the Directors developing strategy for growth

Operations Manager - Job Requirements:

• Previous experience of working in a Senior Operational position desired
