Production Manager

Location: Bury St Edmonds

Salary: Circa £45k - £50k

Are you an experienced Production Manager with the ability to organise and oversee the manufacturing of an engineering manufacturing company?

Do you have excellent knowledge in production procedures, the ability to direct your team towards maximum performance and the ability for decision-making and problem-solving?

You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output ensuring an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of plant management or operations experience as a Production Manager working in a multi-line factory. A firm grasp of manufacturing-related activities, specifically production cost control, safety, and quality, is a must. A person in this role also needs to have experience with lean manufacturing, process flow and continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
