Warehouse Manager

Location: Tamworth

Salary: £40k-£45k

My client is a large manufacturing business and are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join their team.

Warehouse Manager - Job Role:

Manages processes & teams associated with planning, directing, and monitoring all warehouse activities related to movement, storage, and inventory control of materials, finished goods, tools, and packaging including:

• Shipping & Receiving
• Warehousing
• Materials Handling
• Order Filling, Picking, and Packing
• Inventory Control & Records Management
• Ensuring all visitors to the warehouse site comply with H & S Regulations
• Oversee safe keeping and control of vehicle keys during loading
• Oversee issuing of delivery paperwork for all loads out
• Manage process for collation of PODs
• Manage control of booking sheet advising CS team of collection time slots.
• Communication with logistics companies when drivers do not arrive at their allocated time
• Manage control of IPP pallets
• Oversee all paperwork is passed to goods in / purchasing for material and packaging deliveries

Warehouse Manager – Person Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years warehouse management experience
• Good communicator
• IT literate
• Be able to work under pressure
• Organisational skills
• Team player
